Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team via email ninvoo@ninvoo.com to start the return process.

You must indicate:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
  • Full shipping address
  • Phone number

In the exceptional case that you receive a product with factory defects, you must justify it by means of filmographic evidence to our customer service colleagues.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can download and fill out the form by clicking here: FORM . This form must be attached to the package when the return is made. Please fill out the form correctly, otherwise the refund cannot be made. Without form NO RETURNS WILL BE MADE.


Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send the buyer a refund and they will know about your return.


Shipment
To return your product, you must send it to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
