HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

We currently have the following shipping options:

Card payment ➡ FREE shipping
Cash on delivery ➡ FREE

WHERE ARE SHIPMENTS MADE?

Currently we only have shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not offer shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor international shipments. This is something that will be available in the near future, we are working on it.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time for orders is 24-48 hours, depending on which part of the country you are in, you will receive it in 1 or 2 days. We ship through a private transport company, not by conventional mail, to ensure delivery within the estimated period and in perfect condition. Our shipments leave every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Once the shipment is made, we will send you a link to track the package for your peace of mind.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?

You do not have to worry about this, if at the time of delivery you are not at home, the delivery person will contact you by phone to agree on a new day and time of delivery.
